**Job Summary**

As the Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation operations of IIQAF. This will include managing a team of drivers, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel, and maintaining the safety and compliance of all transportation activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a team of drivers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Plan and coordinate transportation routes to meet the needs of IIQAF, taking into account efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
- Monitor and maintain the safety standards of all transportation activities, including vehicle maintenance and driver qualifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and personnel for events, conferences, and other activities.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of transportation operations.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring they are in compliance with all regulations and requirements.
- Create and manage budgets for transportation expenses and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the transportation team and across departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transportation operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and handle conflicts.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
