**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain all areas of the IIQAF facilities, including offices, conference rooms, and common areas
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and restock supplies
- Replenish towels, linens, and other amenities in guest rooms and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Report maintenance issues and assist with resolving them
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and guests
- Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
