**Job Summary**:
IIQAF, one of the leading general contracting and construction companies, is seeking an experienced plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled and reliable individual who shares our passion for quality work and exceptional customer service.

As a plumber at IIQAF, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. This includes pipes, fixtures, water filtration systems, and appliances such as water heaters and dishwashers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct plumbing installations and repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to accurately determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers
- Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet building codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on schedule
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures at all times

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumber
- Valid plumbing license or certification
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Team player with strong communication skills
