This is a full-time position based in Dubai for a Female Hindi/Urdu Speaking Sales Manager/Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager. The role entails establishing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, formulating marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. The Manager will collaborate with senior management to ensure the company aligns with client requirements and will be accountable for achieving sales targets. The position requires a proactive approach to client engagement and strategic planning for sustained business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
- Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company offerings.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the client journey.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business objectives with client expectations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Onboard new brokerages and conduct comprehensive briefings about ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Regularly post updates and promotions on social media platforms to increase project visibility and engagement.
- Organize monthly breakfast/briefing sessions with brokerages to maintain active engagement and foster stronger partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 2-5 years of real estate sales experience preferably with real estate developers
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong grasp of marketing, sales, and customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Mandatory experience with a real estate developer

**Compensation**:

- Competitive basic salary, aligned with experience and expertise.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
