**Job Overview**:
Fintrek Marketing is actively hiring a results-oriented **Team Leader - Personal Loans** to lead and manage a high-performing sales team in **Abu Dhabi**. This role is ideal for someone with **minimum 1 year of experience in UAE’s personal loan or banking sales sector**, and a proven ability to drive results through team leadership and smart execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of **personal loan sales executives**:

- Ensure team meets and exceeds monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Develop team skills through training, mentoring, and coaching
- Identify and implement strategies to boost performance and conversions
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reporting
- Generate quality leads through referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Ensure full compliance with **UAE banking regulations and company policies**:

- Support executives in closing high-ticket loan deals and resolving client concerns

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in personal loan or financial sales in the UAE (mandatory)
- Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of UAE banking products and personal finance regulations
- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems
- Presentable, professional, and based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
