**Job Overview**:
Fintrek Marketing is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and hiring **Sales Executives** and **Team Leaders** experienced in **personal loan sales**. If you're a driven, results-oriented professional with strong knowledge of **UAE banking products**, this is your chance to join one of the **top-performing financial sales firms** in the UAE.

**Key Responsibilities**:For Sales Executives**:

- Promote and sell **personal loans** from leading UAE banks
- Conduct **outdoor marketing**, field visits, and client prospecting
- Meet and exceed assigned **monthly sales targets and KPIs**:

- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with bank guidelines

**For Team Leaders**:

- Supervise and mentor a team of **loan sales executives**:

- Set daily/weekly sales targets and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular **training, coaching, and pipeline reviews**:

- Ensure team compliance with **DSA regulations** and UAE financial standards
- Drive motivation and ensure consistent performance across the team
- Minimum **1 year of UAE experience** in personal loan sales or retail banking
- Strong closing skills and a proven record of achieving sales targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-leading experience preferred (mandatory for Team Leader role)
- Must be currently **based in the UAE**:

- Strong knowledge of UAE banking products, policies, and documentation flow
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
