**Job Overview**:
Fintrek Marketing is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Team Leader - Personal Loans** to lead and manage a team of loan sales executives in **Abu Dhabi**. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of **UAE personal loan products**, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of **personal loan sales executives**:

- Monitor team performance and ensure monthly **sales targets and KPIs** are met
- Train new team members on **loan products**, compliance, and sales techniques
- Generate and manage leads through field activity, referrals, and cold calls
- Conduct daily team meetings, track progress, and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure adherence to **UAE banking regulations and internal compliance**:

- Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **personal loan sales** or financial products in the UAE (mandatory)
- Prior experience as a **team leader** or senior sales executive is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
- In-depth understanding of **UAE personal loan products and market**:

- Target-driven, organized, and results-oriented
- Ability to lead by example and foster a performance-driven culture
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
