As a Tender Coordinator in the technical Support Department, you will be responsible for supporting the sales

managing the established tender process, to submitting the final bid to the purchaser.

Job Responsibilities
- Defining the process per tender to ensure that all stakeholders are identified that the deadlines are

scheduled, and that roles and responsibilities are assigned accordingly in order to guarantee an

optimal and timely delivery.
- Arranging and conducting briefing meetings with key stakeholders/ Clients/ Organizations.
- Reviewing contractual terms and conditions and tender documentation to identify specific

requirements.
- Coordinating the completion of tender documentation by liaising with a wide range of roles within

the organization such as legal, sales, & professional services
- Ensuring that all documents are accurate, up to date, signed, stamped, and provided in a timely

manner.
- Combining all the necessary documentation and reviewing the formats to ensure compliance with

purchaser/ Buyer requirements.
- Reviewing Governmental websites on supplier Portal to check the tender, RFQs, RFPs and

inquiries on daily basis.
- Preparing written tender proposals.
- Ensuring the submissions are made in time and assist with final submission of the tender on the

Governmental Portal online electronically.
- Conducting won/lost analyses and identifying best practices to win bids.
- Preparations of Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) for the

clients related to different projects.
- Receiving the Direct RFQs & RFPs (request for quotations & request for proposals) from clients &
other direct inquiries and to prepare the offer, quotations & proposals.
- Tracking & managing record of the quotations on CRM Customer Relationship Management on

SalesForce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
