Oversees the bids process from prequalification to final bid submission, contract award, and engagement closeout.
- Gathers and guarantees adequate documentation throughout the tendering and contracting process.
- Coordinates the preparation and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.
- Prepares reports and presentations for market analysis and business.
- Controlling company and project documentation
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
- Producing document progress reports for senior managers
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits
- Using computers to organize and distribute documents within a company.
- Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
- Prepares status reports on ongoing tendering on a regular basis.
- Performs other related duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree
