Warehouse Quality Control

Job Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Warehouse Quality Control (QC) Inspection teams and actively participate in all related Product QC activities.
- Plan daily inspection schedules and manage inspection team to accomplish goals.
- Perform Product Inspections according to Product Quality requirements (measurement, workmanship, label verification, color match etc.)
- Development and maintain documentation while assuring concerns are quickly escalated to concern department.
- Train team members on inspection procedures, reporting, and additional QC processes as needed
- Actively involved in executing and reviewing QC processes with an eye for recommending and implementing improvements
- Coordinate and manage 3rd party inspection activities as required
- Position will be a dual reporting structure taking direction from Manager and Warehouse cross cock supervisor.
- Receiving selected parcels and conducting a physical examination.
- Opening selected parcels and checking the content of the parcels. Re-packing opened parcels if necessary.
- Taking detailed photos of the content of the parcels and uploading to selected platforms using a tablet, mobile phone etc.
- Communicating with clients and solving their problems and/or answering their requests related to parcels.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- High level knowledge of quality control practices.
- Hands-on experience conducting product inspections.
