The company deals in multiple expertise of Thermal Protection, Concrete strengthening, Crack Injection Grouting systems, Floor Protective Screeds & Coatings, Warehouse refurbishment maintenance, and Soil Stabilization by practicing modern and specialized procedures with professional support.

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, generating sales leads, and building long-term customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, promoting our services, and supporting marketing campaigns to expand our presence in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to generate new leads and increase sales for our waterproofing and construction services
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including property managers, contractors, architects, and homeowners
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Track and analyze sales and marketing data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvements
- Attend networking events, industry trade shows, and meetings to promote the company and build brand awareness
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction, waterproofing, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and other advertising channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Knowledge of construction or waterproofing processes is a plus but not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
