This role is central to supporting both **Ezeebiz’s brand growth** and **Rachana’s positioning as an influencer**. We aim to build a strong digital presence that inspires entrepreneurs, establishes credibility, and provides valuable, reliable insights to global business communities.

**Role Overview**

A significant focus of this role is to **build and amplify Rachana’s digital presence as a business influencer**, crafting content that establishes her as a thought leader, engages audiences, and drives lead generation for Ezeebiz.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation & Production**:

- Shoot and edit high-quality videos (short-form + long-form) tailored for social media.
- Create visually compelling graphics, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Write impactful copy and captions aligned with brand voice.

**Social Media Strategy**
- Research and identify emerging content trends to increase reach and engagement.
- Develop content calendars for Rachana’s personal brand and Ezeebiz platforms.
- Collaborate on paid ad creatives optimized for performance.

**Influencer Branding**
- Position Rachana as a credible and relatable thought leader.
- Build influencer-style content: behind-the-scenes, expert tips, event coverage.
- Craft storytelling-driven content that humanizes and amplifies Rachana’s expertise.

**Growth & Analytics**
- Track social performance metrics, engagement rates, and audience insights.
- Experiment with formats, hooks, and creative strategies for growth.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to content strategy.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as a **videographer, video editor, and social media content creator**.
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
- Skilled in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of **social media platforms and algorithms** (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook).
- Demonstrated ability to **analyze trends** and craft content strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Experience supporting influencer marketing or personal branding.
- Knowledge of paid ad creatives.
- Strong photography and creative direction skills.

**Portfolio Requirement**

Applicants must submit:

- Portfolio/showreel of past video and design work.
- Links to social media channels managed or content created.
- At least 2-3 examples of **successful growth-driven content** (organic or paid).
