About the job Social Media Content Creator Job Title: Social Media Content Creator Position Type: Full Time Reporting To: Marketing Manager Objectives: Develop and implement innovative social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging and visually appealing content across various social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new content ideas and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and conversations to ensure relevance and timeliness. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly. Analyze and report on social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our social media presence. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
