**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and compelling content ideas and concepts for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Produce high-quality visual content, including photos, videos, graphics, and animations, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their goals, target audience, and brand identity, and tailor content strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across multiple social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a social media content creator, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for content creation and editing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Passion for digital marketing, social media, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
