**Job Title: QA/QC Façade and Aluminum**

**Position Type**: Full-time

Euro Systems is currently seeking a skilled and experienced QA/QC professional to join our team as a QA/QC Façade and Aluminum Industries specialist. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and compliance of our façade and aluminum products, contributing to the overall success of our projects and upholding our commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance (QA)**:

- Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes and procedures for façade and aluminum products.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of QA activities, including inspection reports, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- **Quality Control (QC)**:

- Establish and maintain effective quality control measures throughout the production process for façade and aluminum products.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize advanced testing equipment and techniques to evaluate product performance and durability.
- Monitor and analyze QC data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on QC findings.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality requirements and objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on QA/QC activities and findings to project teams and management.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners to address quality-related issues and facilitate resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in QA/QC roles within the façade and aluminum industries, with a strong understanding of relevant standards and regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and quality control methodologies.
- Experience in conducting inspections, tests, and audits in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to upholding high standards of quality and compliance.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
