**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:As Project Engineer**:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop **innovative façade solutions** aligned with architectural vision and project goals.
- Prepare detailed **engineering drawings, material specifications, and schedules** for façade systems.
- Perform **structural analysis and simulations** to ensure façade performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Assist in **material selection**, considering performance, sustainability, and aesthetic value.
- Coordinate with **suppliers and subcontractors** for façade procurement and installation support.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including **drawings, technical submittals, and correspondence**.

**As Project Manager**:

- Manage the **planning, execution, and delivery** of façade projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop detailed **project plans**, including scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and QA/QC protocols.
- Monitor and control **project budgets**, implementing cost-saving strategies to enhance profitability.
- Oversee procurement and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors for seamless execution.
- Lead **client and stakeholder meetings**, providing progress updates, managing risks, and ensuring open communication.

**Qualifications & Requirements:Project Engineer**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering**, or related discipline.
- **2-5 years** of experience in façade engineering or construction.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD, Revit**, and relevant structural or design software.
- Strong **analytical, coordination**, and **communication** skills.
- **Valid UAE driving license** is required.

**Project Manager**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Construction Management**, or a related field.
- Minimum **8 years of experience** in façade construction with a proven track record in managing large-scale or complex projects.
- **PMP certification** or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
- Expertise in **Primavera P6, Microsoft Project**, or other project management software.
- Exceptional **leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution**, and **time management** skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- **Valid UAE driving license** is required.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
