**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Management**: Supervise all on-site activities related to façade and aluminum works, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- **Team Leadership**: Direct, coordinate, and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth project execution.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to ensure installations meet project and industry standards.
- **Health & Safety**: Enforce HSE policies, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- **Material Handling**: Oversee delivery, storage, and proper utilization of façade and aluminum materials.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quickly identify and resolve technical or site-related issues to prevent delays.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Maintain daily logs, track site progress, and report variances to the Project Manager.
- **Client & Consultant Coordination**: Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing progress updates and resolving site concerns.
- **Documentation**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date site records, including work orders, safety checklists, and inspection reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in façade and aluminum projects within the UAE/GCC.
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of façade and aluminum systems, installation techniques, and materials.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction management tools.
- **Leadership Abilities**: Proven experience in leading, guiding, and motivating site teams.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- **License**: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in site supervision or construction management preferred.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to site challenges.
