Job Title: Site Supervisor - Aluminum & Façade

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- **Site Supervision**: Oversee daily site activities related to aluminum façade installations, including curtain walls, ACP cladding, spider glazing, doors, and windows.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all work complies with approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage site labor and subcontractors to maintain productivity, safety, and workmanship quality.
- **Resource Management**: Monitor and control the use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Coordinate effectively with project managers, architects, consultants, and suppliers to resolve site challenges.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Conduct regular inspections to enforce adherence to UAE HSE regulations and company safety policies.
- **Progress Reporting**: Prepare and submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing site progress, manpower, and material usage.
- **Technical Accuracy**: Verify installation dimensions, levels, and alignments align with design and structural requirements.
- **Problem Solving**: Quickly identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supervising aluminum façade and glazing installations in the UAE/GCC region.
- Extensive knowledge of aluminum façade systems, including curtain walls, unitized panels, stick systems, ACP cladding, spider glazing, and structural glazing.
- Strong ability to interpret and implement shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of UAE construction safety standards and ability to enforce compliance on site.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
