**Job Title: Supervisor - Aluminum and Façade**

**Must have driving license**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Supervision**: Oversee the execution of aluminum and façade works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.
- **Team Management**: Lead and supervise site installation teams, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure proper safety measures are in place.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of work during installation, ensuring adherence to the required specifications, materials, and workmanship standards.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify potential issues at the project sites, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Site Visits**: Regularly visit project sites to inspect progress, provide direction to teams, and ensure that work is progressing as per the project schedule.
- **Material Management**: Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and proper storage of materials required for aluminum and façade installations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, inspections, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on-site and that workers use protective gear as required.
- **Budget Control**: Assist in monitoring project costs and ensuring that expenses are within the allocated budget.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum and façade works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with both commercial and residential projects is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of aluminum systems, glass installations, and façade construction techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and project management software.
- **Licenses**:

- Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

**Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
