Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain organized reception and office areas.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain professional filling systems for all physical and digital documents.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
