We are hiring a Business Development Coordinator for one of our clients in Retail Industry. Reporting to the International Business Manager, this role focuses on providing administrative support to the Business Development team, ensuring seamless operations and task efficiency.

**Job Summary**

The primary focus of this role will be to provide administrative support to the Business Development team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient task execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-up
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on pending deliverables and commitments.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of client information, sales data, and business correspondence
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operational activities to support business development team
- Provide support in managing inventory and logistics related to business activities
- Handle data entry or other client databases as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role. Experience in retail or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Benefits: Visa, Medical, annual leave
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
