**JOB OBJECTIVE**-**The Delegate Sales Executive is responsible for getting people to sign up and attend events organized by MCI Middle East. You’ll work with the marketing team to understand the event goals, find potential attendees, and make sure everything runs smoothly to meet sales targets and deliver great experiences.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES-**
- Develop and manage strategies to attract attendees for events in different markets.
- Build strong relationships with government and key corporates to help promote the events.
- Set sales goals for each congress.
- Highlight the main benefits of attending the congress for each market.
- Work with the database team to build and maintain a global contact list.
- Track and report on delegate attendance every month.
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing delegate group registrations, issuing invoices, and tracking payments.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to improve sales strategies and boost event promotion.

**DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATIONSHIPS-**_The Delegate Sales Executive reports to Head of Marketing for day-to-day sales and promotional outreach through telemarketing._

**JOB REQUIREMENTS-**
- Significant B2B or B2B/B2C sales or marketing experience
- Strong focus on selling & customer service
- Experience in self-generating sales leads as well as the capability to work off warm leads
- Database management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability of working in multi-cultural teams
- Ability to present and draw conclusions from sales metrics and results
- PC experience with Windows operating system and a variety of software programs
