Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator/Receptionist for minimum 2 years is required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office( MS Word, Excel, Power point).
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
**Salary**: AED2,100.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Language**:
