Purchase/office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions and procurement needs. Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations.
- Monitor the status of orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines. Communicate with suppliers to address delays or issues.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on cost, quality, and delivery reliability. Provide feedback to the procurement manager for vendor selection.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, delivery information, and invoices. Ensure proper documentation is kept for audit and tracking purposes.
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure the availability of required stock and update stock levels as deliveries are received.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and inventory management. Knowledge of local and international suppliers is a plus.
