Following are the duties and responsibilities of a BDO:

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
- Should have knowledge of website and social media developments as well.
- Should have knowledge of Traditional and Online marketing strategies as well as outdoor marketing skills.

**Qualification needed**

Relevant work experience & relevant Certifications

MBA Degree will be an added advantage

**Work Experience - 2 to 5 yrs.**

**Requisite**:

- Travelling industry experience is must.
- Flexible and smart
- Ideally proven work experience in Media/Marketing/Communications.
- Strong communication skills - Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Any second language is an advantage
- Able to **think outside of the box**:

- Be hardworking
- Energetic and Polite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED 3,000.00 - AED 5,000.00 per month

**Salary**: AED2,800.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
