We’re looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken professional to take charge of qualified leads, meet clients, and close digital marketing deals. You’ll act as the bridge between inside sales and clients, offering solutions in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Websites, Automation, and more. **What You’ll Do**: Take leads from the inside sales team and turn them into closed deals. Meet clients (virtually or onsite), pitch solutions, and follow up till closure. Present tailored digital marketing proposals with confidence and clarity. Generate opportunities from your own network too. **Targets & Incentives**: Minimum 20% monthly closure of leads provided. Get 5% incentive on GP if 20%+ closure achieved. Get 10% incentive on GP if you hit 30%+ closure. Extra rewards for self-generated leads that convert. **Who You Are**: 2-5 years in sales or pre-sales for digital marketing/IT. Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills. Sharp, presentable, and results-driven. Familiar with tools like Google Ads, Meta, WordPress, HubSpot, GA4, etc. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): - You receive 10 qualified leads from the inside sales team. How would you prioritize them, and what’s your process to convert at least 2 within the month? - A client tells you, "I’m already doing SEO and running Google Ads but not seeing results." What specific steps would you take during the meeting? - Which tools have you personally used for: Keyword research Creating or reviewing ad campaigns Website or landing page performance - A client says, "Your proposal is good, but I got a cheaper offer from another agency." How do you respond without dropping price immediately? - Have you worked with any clients in our region (e.g., UAE, GCC)? What were their challenges and how did you solve them?
