**Maintaining and Analyzing**
- Handle all the QA/QC Audit external and internal.
- Track Ingredient Usage and calculate ingredients loss measure & compare between reported ingredients usage with physical inventory.
- Preparation of required material ordering through ERP system.
- Assure the performance of the CIP (Cleaning in Place) for all lines, tanks, mixers and fillers, and assure the overall sanitation and personal hygiene in the plant.
- Assure producing quality package integrity without defects and hold or reject any out of specifications.
- Assure to record the SOP check list for every product run.
- Compare the product's test results to the Product Specifications.
- Assure the calibration and maintaining the testing equipment, solutions and materials for tests, per the PCI Quality Manual Procedures and Frequency.
- Assure the completion of the MOLD test by the Microbiologist in accordance with the procedures and frequency specified in the PCI Quality Manual.
- Track the Products and quantities of product dumped for quality reasons as necessary QA hold dumpage
- Conduct quality related training to all quality control staff to develop and monitor them.

**Monitoring and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate record keeping documentation related to quality control information/customer complaints, follow-ups regarding the purchase request orders.
- Conduct the GMP audits of different departments of factory and distribution center.
- Receive the new supplier RM, run trial runs on line, release an evaluation report.
- Develop a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system for reducing or eliminating the microbiological risk to product quality
- Assist the Quality Manager in the audit of the plant for compliance to standards.
- Cooperate with the production supervisors to plan an effective and achievable production schedule on daily wise.
- Work online for external department for renewal of different licenses and certificates.
- Knowledge/trained to work ISO 9000-2015 and 22000 and HACCP.
- Supplier/vendor validation visits.
- Make good related with external department like Dubai Municipality food and safety department. HSE Dept. and other legal departments, etc.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QC Supervisor in Water Company: 3 years (preferred)
