**Job Purpose**:
To Comply with all Farm Fresh work instructions, to ensure proper workflow, ensure a neat and hygienic work environment in Processing Facility, offices & Premises.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensuring that all QC adhere to work instructions and procedures.
- Review Food Safety and Quality Records and develop/update SOPs as needed.
- Supervise the QC, Monitor and ensure the daily Preoperational Checklists of Processing Factory, Premises, offices, and maintain Housekeeping.
- Train the Quality Department staff on QC Inspection Procedures.
- Investigate on Customer Complaints and take necessary Corrective Actions.
- Review Food Safety and Quality Records and develop/update SOPs as needed.
- Consistently review all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Quality Control (QC) and Food Safety policies to continuously drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Develop and implement written SOPs/policies/guidelines and maintain all required documentation to ensure 3rd-party certifications.
- Conduct routine facility audit
- Develop and maintain product specifications.
- Develop and perform training programs related to QC, Food Safety and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to receiving, inspection, storage and handling, and shipping of perishable goods.
- Procedures/Documentation/Record Keeping/Inspections /Audits pertaining to Food Safety Compliance
- Investigate and follow up on food safety incidents that occur in the plant to ensure they are reported, and that corrective action and permanent corrections are taken.

**Required Skills & Qualification**:

- Experience as Quality Supervisor /Quality In charge in Food Industry Poultry Meat and seafood Experience shall be preferred.
- Bachelors in food science or relevant qualifications shall be preferred.
- Communication skills in English (written and oral).
- Knowledge in ISO22000, FSSC22000, BRC
