**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards to ensure product and service quality.
- Perform comprehensive inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Document and analyze test results, and prepare detailed reports on quality metrics.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues and non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Review, update, and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, API 4F, BSEN 1090, and ASME standards and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Lead and participate in internal and external audits, and assist with regulatory inspections.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, construction, etc.].
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, API 4F, BSEN 1090, and ASME standards.
- Proven expertise in quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Extensive experience with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
