**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Review and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive inspection and quality control documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure all quality requirements are met and that client satisfaction is maintained.
  • Coordinate with external inspection bodies as required for certifications and audits.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all quality control activities.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the steel fabrication
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards, industry regulations, and fabrication processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in quality control tools and software.
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with production teams and clients.
