We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help us expand our online presence while engaging with our growing community.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging, creative, and visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create high-quality graphics, videos, stories, reels, and posts aligned with our brand identity.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Plan and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business goals.
- **Community Management**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms promptly and professionally.
- Foster engagement by initiating conversations and encouraging interactions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on content performance using analytics tools.
- Use insights to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement rates.
- **Trend Research**:

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate trending topics and formats into our strategy.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with photographers, designers, and other team members to produce cohesive content.
- Coordinate with other departments for cross-promotional initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing creative social media campaigns and content.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills for crafting captions, posts, and replies.
- **Creativity & Innovation**:

- Ability to think outside the box and develop fresh, engaging content ideas.
- **Organization**:

- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
