- ** Data Modelling & Visualization**: Perform complex data modelling, designing efficient and scalable data models for accurate reporting. Create visually appealing dashboards using best practices in data visualization, supporting strategic decision-making for senior leadership.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear technical specifications. Provide insights into business performance and strategic goals.
- ** Data Accuracy & Integrity**: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data through thorough data validation and cleansing processes. Monitor and improve data quality to maintain reliable reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Expertise in Power BI**: Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, report/dashboard design, and advanced visualization techniques tailored for executive users.
- ** Mobile and Web Dashboard Design**: Experienced in creating Power BI reports optimized for both mobile and web compatibility, ensuring ease of use for executive teams across devices (tablets, smartphones, desktops).
- ** Strong SQL Skills**: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- ** Microsoft Dynamics 365 & AWS**: Extensive experience integrating data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Power BI, along with utilizing AWS services for cloud-based data storage and analysis.
- ** Data Engineering**: Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management to streamline data workflows for real-time reporting.
- ** Leadership & Delegation**: Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and ensure the successful completion of high-priority projects on time.
