**Job Summary**:
**Job description**
- Develop, design, and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable visualizations.
- Implement data models and data integration solutions using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations and measures.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Optimize and enhance existing Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and troubleshooting.
- Work with both on-premise and cloud-based data sources to create comprehensive BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decision-making.
- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical users to explain complex data concepts and BI solutions.
- Create user documentation for BI solutions to facilitate end-user understanding and adoption.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6 - 10 years of experience as a BI Developer, minimum 4 years developing and building visualizations using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, SSAS Tabular Models.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Fine Report, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in DAX is a must.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven hands-on experience on the tools / technologies below is a must:

- Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service and Power BI Premium
- Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
