**What you'll deliver**
- **You'll be responsible for the successful delivery and management of HR processes and initiatives, as per your assigned Business Units/ Groups.**:

- **You'll drive HR services primarily focused on, but not restricted to performance management, training, HR analytics and recruitment**:

- **You'll work closely with the wider HR, to advise mid-junior level line managers, supervisors and staff on HR and employee relations matters; resourcing, talent management, staff Development, motivation & reward.**

**- You'll work on supporting the Head
- Business Partners in developing strategic initiatives for the relevant business units/ groups**

**What you bring**
- **You'll be educated to a degree level**:

- **You should have at least 5 years’ work experience within strategic planning, consulting, project management and change management**:

- **You must have experience working cross-functionally**:

- **You should have previous experience dealing with senior business stakeholders**
