HR Business Partner Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular Requisition Number: 23986BR Join our team at Stantec as an HR Business Partner We believe in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. As an HR Business Partner you will play a crucial role in driving our business success across the Middle East and Turkey. You will act as a consultant to management, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of HR practices and policies. Key Responsibilities - Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives. - Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations as necessary, partner with leaders on engagement initiatives. - Talent Management: Oversee employee onboarding and off‑boarding, facilitate exit interviews, support performance management reviews, help managers set goals, conduct development conversations. - Organizational Development: Support change initiatives, providing guidance to leaders. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the Middle East and Turkey. - HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning & development programs with global learning teams. - HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in the Middle East and Turkey. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels. - Proven experience in talent management and employee relations. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; experience with Power BI and Power Apps is a plus. - SHRM or CIPD certification preferred.
