Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, key markets, and potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adjust strategies.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and generate regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, production, design) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Handle high-level negotiations and close major deals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role.
- Industry experience:
- **Bloza Factory**: manufacturing, garments.
- **Trend Media Agency**: Digital marketing, creative services, or media sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales performance tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
