- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Lead negotiations with potential clients and close sales deals.
- Prepare and review sales contracts and agreements.
- Ensure smooth and timely completion of sales transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software/Salesforce, MS Office., Oracle NetSuite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Professional certification in real estate or sales management.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong network of contacts within the UAE real estate industry.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role may require working outside regular office hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
