**Overview**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Check, pay and consolidate the accounts receivable of customers and accounts payable of manufacturers.
2. Review invoices and receipts for various expenses.
3. Assist in the collection of reporting materials required by accounting firms.
4. Management of personnel information such as absences, rewards and punishments.
5. Assist in the establishment and management of accounting workflow.
7. General office administration.
8. Overtime work is required and overtime pay is calculated according to the Labor Standards Act.
