Desiro LLC is a growing UAE company committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account & Admin Officer to handle office administration, accounting tasks, and basic HR functions.
As an Account & Admin Officer at Desiro LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing office administration, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling VAT and corporate tax invoicing, and ensuring monthly reconciliation of financial accounts. This role also involves maintaining smooth office operations and supporting HR activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts & Finance**:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare VAT and corporate tax invoicing, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
- Handle purchase orders and maintain accurate records of company expenses.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of financial statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
**Administration**:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficient workflows.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail and shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Organize and maintain office documentation and records.
**HR Support**:
- Assist with basic HR tasks, such as employee attendance tracking, leave management, and onboarding new employees.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and office administration in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of VAT and corporate tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with HR procedures and UAE labour laws is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with financial audits and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
