**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with design teams to interpret project requirements and conceptual goals.
- Create accurate and visually striking **3D models and renderings** of interior and exterior spaces.
- Develop and maintain a library of **textures, materials, and lighting setups** to streamline visualization workflows.
- Produce visuals for **presentations, competitions, and marketing purposes**.
- Prepare **site plan and landscape visualizations** when required.
- Present visuals to clients and incorporate feedback for revisions.
- Stay up to date with the latest **trends, software, and rendering techniques** in architectural visualization.
- Mentor and guide **junior visualizers** to support their professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts**, or a related field.
- **3 to 8 years** of experience in 3D visualization within an architectural or interior design firm.
- Proficiency in **3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender**, and **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)**.
- Strong understanding of **architectural design principles**, spatial layout, and construction processes.
- Excellent sense of **composition, lighting, material realism**, and attention to detail.
- Strong **communication and collaboration** skills.
- A well-curated **portfolio** showcasing a diverse range of visualization projects.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
