Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with 3–8 years of experience in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and designers to produce high-quality 3D renderings that effectively communicate design intent and enhance client presentations. A strong portfolio, technical proficiency, and a passion for storytelling through visuals are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design teams to interpret project requirements and conceptual goals.
  • Create accurate and visually striking 3D models and renderings of interior and exterior spaces.
  • Develop and maintain a library of textures, materials, and lighting setups to streamline visualization workflows.
  • Produce visuals for presentations, competitions, and marketing purposes.
  • Prepare site plan and landscape visualizations when required.
  • Present visuals to clients and incorporate feedback for revisions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, software, and rendering techniques in architectural visualization.
  • Mentor and guide junior visualizers to support their professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in 3D visualization within an architectural or interior design firm.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial layout, and construction processes.
  • Excellent sense of composition, lighting, material realism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A well-curated portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visualization projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
