**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project concepts and accurately visualize the intended design.
- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of **interior and exterior** spaces.
- Develop, maintain, and organize a comprehensive **library of textures, materials, lighting setups**, and 3D assets.
- Produce visual content for **client presentations, marketing materials, design competitions**, and internal reviews.
- Generate **site plans, landscaping visuals**, and contextual renderings as required.
- Revise and refine renderings based on feedback to align with design goals and project standards.
- Stay updated with the latest **visualization software, rendering techniques**, and industry trends.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to **junior visualizers** and assist in team development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts**, or a related field.
- **3-8 years** of proven experience in **architectural visualization**.
- Advanced proficiency in **3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender**, and **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of **architectural design principles**, spatial planning, and construction documentation.
- Exceptional skills in **lighting, texturing, composition, and photorealistic rendering**.
- Excellent **communication and teamwork** abilities; capable of clearly interpreting feedback and presenting visual ideas.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
