**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with Russian
- and Chinese-speaking clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through property acquisition, leasing, and sales processes.
- **Market Expertise**: Stay informed about property market trends, investment opportunities, and government regulations relevant to both the Russian and Chinese property markets.
- **Property Sales & Leasing**: Conduct property showings, negotiate terms and prices, and assist clients in making informed property decisions.
- **Investment Advice**: Provide insight into real estate investment strategies, including potential returns, legal requirements, and financing options tailored for Russian and Chinese clients.
- **Document Preparation**: Coordinate and manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements in line with local laws and regulations.
- **Networking**: Build a network of property developers, landlords, and other real estate professionals to expand potential opportunities for clients.
- **Translation & Language Support**: Serve as a language bridge, translating real estate documents and assisting clients with understanding terminology and local processes.
- **Customer Support**: Ensure seamless customer service before, during, and after transactions, including post-sales assistance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluent in both Russian and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), with strong proficiency in English.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cater to culturally diverse clients.
- **Knowledge of Local Market**: In-depth knowledge of the local property market, government regulations, and tax implications for foreign buyers, particularly Russian and Chinese nationals.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of international real estate investment trends.
- Certification in property consultancy or real estate.
- Existing client portfolio or contacts within the Russian and Chinese communities.
