**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Chinese and Russian-speaking clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Understand the property market and recommend suitable properties based on the client’s needs and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and presentations in Chinese and Russian.
- Prepare and present detailed market analysis, reports, and trends to clients.
- Negotiate property deals and contracts, ensuring a win-win solution for both buyers and sellers.
- Liaise with legal, financial, and real estate professionals to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments.
- Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings to generate new leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in **Chinese** and **Russian** (spoken and written) with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software, property listing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
