**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor fluent in Russian and Chinese, located in Dubai. As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties. You will also be responsible for providing support to our overseas clients, advising them on all aspects of the Dubai property market, and developing and maintaining positive client relationships. You will report to the Sales Manager and work with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets.

**Qualifications**

Fluency in Russian, Chinese, and English languages is a must.
Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
Experience in real estate sales or property management.
Familiarity with the Dubai property market and current market trends.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
