**Executive Secretary Job Description**:
We are looking for an executive secretary who will be responsible for providing a high - level administrative support to executives within the organization. Involve day to day operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- **Gender**: **Male**.
- **Nationality**:Preferably **Arab**.
- **Salary**: Between 5k - 7k AED.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1- Calendar Management:

- Coordinate and manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.

2- Communication Handling:

- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and reports.

3- Meeting Coordination:

- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logístical details and necessary materials.

4- Document Preparation:

- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using various software tools.

5- Travel Arrangements:

- Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives.

6- Information Management:

- Maintain organized filling systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information.

7- Confidentially:

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

8- Interdepartmental Liaison:

- Serve as a liaison between executives and various departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

9- Task Prioritization:

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

10- Expense Management:

- Track and reconcile executive expenses, preparing reports for review.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years in UAE and is familiar with business and executive procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Discretion and trustworthiness due to the sensitive nature of the role.

**Educations**:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Executive Secretary: 7 years (preferred)
