About Us

Star Gallery Mart is one of the UAE’s fastest-growing retail and e-commerce companies, offering a wide range of electronics, gadgets, mobile accessories, and home appliances. We are expanding across the UAE and looking for an experienced **Shop Supervisor** to manage store operations, lead sales staff, and ensure excellent customer experience and branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

**1. Shop & Team Management**
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and professional behavior among team members.
- Ensure staff follow uniform, grooming, and company standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure smooth shop operations.

**2. Store Presentation & Product Readiness**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced, labeled, and attractively displayed.
- Prepare the branch in advance for influencer visits or marketing shoots.
- Provide staff with product details, features, and selling points for promotions.
- Check that advertised products are in stock and competitively priced.

**3. Customer Experience & Sales Conversion**
- Ensure every walk-in customer receives professional service and leaves with multiple purchases.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling to boost overall sales.
- Train staff to communicate clearly and explain product benefits.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

**4. Coordination & Reporting**
- Submit daily sales, stock, and feedback reports to Head Office.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for influencer campaigns and branch promotions.
- Support influencer activities and ensure the branch looks professional during shoots.
- Track product performance and report customer preferences or trends.

**5. Record Keeping & Accountability**
- Maintain accurate records of sales, staff attendance, and customer feedback.
- Track sales impact during and after influencer campaigns.
- Keep influencer-related photos, videos, and documents organized for reference.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a **Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Salesman** in electronics or retail.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Arabic**.
- Excellent product knowledge in electronics and mobile accessories.
- Leadership and multitasking abilities to manage daily operations.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, billing, and reporting).
- Must be based in **Al Ain** or willing to relocate.
- Must be available for **in-person interview and trial at our Sharjah branch**.
- **Online interviews are not possible.**

**Date**: Tomorrow, 7th November 2025
**Time**: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Trial during this time)
**Location**: Third Industrial St - Industrial Area 10 - Sharjah

**Trial Details**:

- Duration: 3 days
- You will be observed on how you assist customers, explain products, and manage sales operations.
- Good performance may lead to immediate joining.

**Notes**:

- Interview is **in person only**.
- Be ready to **relocate within the UAE** if required.
- **Salary** will be discussed after the interview/trial.
