**JOB TITLE-** Civil Site Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
Has minimum 5 years’ experience in government project & healthcare building renovation, refurbishment & maintenance constructing, operating and maintaining projects including site investigations, materials delivery, and testing of materials and activities. etc.

Supervising workers and technician in the site, monitoring workers attendance, and coordinating with site supervisor for any required resources in the site.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Investigating sites to determine the most suitable foundation for a proposed construction.
- FM activities handling such as (PPM, DLP, CM).
- Aware of snagging & De-snagging process.
- Supervising all the inspection requests and following them up.
- Organizing the delivery of materials, and equipment needed for the construction project and supervise labor.
- Operating computers to assist with the design of civil engineering projects.
- Coordinating testing of materials, processes or systems related to civil engineering works.
- Researching, advising and planning on the controlling and minimization of air, water and solid waste pollution and the management of water.
- Supervising all workers, technician in the site.
- Monitoring all workers attendance and preparing monthly attendance records.
- Distributing the work on site workers.
- Providing transportation of the labors to and from the sites
- Monitoring all workers attendance and preparing monthly attendance records.
- Reporting to the site engineer on daily activities finished.
- Coordinating with site engineer for any required manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Following up sites maintenance after the preliminary handing over.
- Coordinating with the head office for the workers vacations.
- Keeping the site clean and ordered.
- Adhering to the safety requirements of the project.
- Handling any other related responsibility as assigned by site engineer.
- Supervising the testing and commissioning of completed works.
- Conducting Quality control of all work executed in the project before inspection.
- Preparing the submittals for the materials and shop drawings.
- Designing of some parts of the projects and preparing the necessary shop drawing for submitting.
- Analyzing and interpreting reports on loading, labour, productivity, quality, materials and performance.
- Adhering to the safety requirements of the project.
- Handling any other related responsibility as assigned by Projects Manager
- Initiating project material requests.
- Reviewing daily program/maintenance reports.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
**Educational Background**:Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering.

**Experience Required**:5 years’ experience in similar position.

**Skills Requirements**:

- Able to identify, analyze and solve problems.
- Able to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
- Practicality and creativity.
- Able to work without supervision.
- Able to accept responsibility.
- Knowledge of other engineering disciplines e.g. quantity surveying.
**- **Willing to contribute and adhere to the safety requirements of the operation.
**- **Good experience in computer software like AutoCAD, Microsoft project.
