**Job Title: Site Supervisor**

**Must have UAE Driver's license**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, manage, and motivate site workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide on-site training and mentoring to team members.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor and inspect all work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and inventory.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, including progress, challenges, and solutions.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
- Handle any on-site emergencies or conflicts with professionalism and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
- Flexibility to travel to various project sites across the UAE.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision.
- Certification in site supervision or project management (preferred).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
