- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 5 or more Property Consultants
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle
- Proven track record of achieving success in target-driven, fast-paced environments

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage daily sales operations
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Train, guide, and mentor team members to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong client, investor, and stakeholder relationships
- Stay updated on market trends and monitor competitor activities
- Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, launches, and industry events

**What We Offer**
- Basic salary: AED 3,000 - AED 6,000 (based on experience and performance)
